1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing ASTRA ("the Game") at astragame.online and client.astragame.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ASTRA is a browser-based multiplayer space game. The Game is provided "as is" and is currently in active development (alpha/beta). Features, game balance, and data may change or be reset at any time.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another player's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Rules of Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, bots, or third-party automation tools
  • Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
  • Impersonate other players or staff
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfere with server operation or other players' connections
  • Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or currency

5. In-Game Content

All in-game items, currency, ships, and other virtual goods are the property of ASTRA and are licensed to you for use within the Game only. Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

6. Data Resets

During alpha and beta phases, we may perform partial or full data resets (wipes) as needed for development, balancing, or technical reasons. We will provide advance notice when possible through our Discord community.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Game. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss of game progress due to downtime or technical issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, code, game mechanics, and text, is owned by ASTRA or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ASTRA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the game or our Discord community.
